What I saw was a massive gap: organizations at the other end of the spectrum—growing SMEs with 100-500 employees—were getting squeezed. Enterprise security firms ignored them (too small). Cheap vendors lacked depth. Most frustrating of all, SMEs were forced to juggle multiple vendors, each with a different agenda.

That's when I realized the opportunity. SMEs need the same rigor, the same integration, the same accountability that enterprise gets. They just need it packaged for their size and budget.

I decided to build exactly that.

I got my NCSC Cyber Essentials Assessor certification and developed deep expertise in compliance frameworks. I assembled a network of trusted implementation partners. I documented everything—playbooks, checklists, processes—so that quality is predictable, not accidental.
